Andreas offers 20+ years of experience in management and executive positions for top-tier companies. He provides the insight, know-how and confidence one establishes through experience only.

His main areas of expertise are Leadership Excellence, Operational Excellence, Strategy, Complexity Management, Performance Improvement, Leadership Development, Corporate Culture and Corporate Change.

He is passionate about identifying opportunities and leveraging potential inside the Corporation.

Andreas has guided large workforces and worked out a broad range of challenges in many years of day-to-day Operations Management. Having started at the workbench 30 years ago, he understands the impact of change in all areas of an enterprise. His appreciation of a diverse workforce fosters trust and recognition by employees on all levels.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Prior to founding Hagedorn Enterprise Advancement Andreas built his portfolio in decades with industry giants like Allied Signal, Litton Industries, Mercedes Benz, The German Engineering Federation and the Swiss based Hoerbiger Holding AG. Andreas worked his way up, starting out at 16 as a metal worker apprentice and going through the ranks as to becoming Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Board. He spent years for Mercedes Benz in Turkey and was serving as the Chairman of the Board for Hoerbiger Drive Tech in China.

Andreas holds two Master’s Degrees: Economics, University of Freiburg, Germany, and Industrial Engineering, Cologne University of Applied Sciences, Cologne, Germany.

 In his spare time, Andreas enjoys playing the trumpet and hiking the California Coast Line. He lives with his wife on a hill in San Francisco.

  3. In Manufacturing, "hard” factors such as organization, machinery, processes are the foundation for performance, however Performance Excellence is absolutely driven by "soft" factors such leadership, culture, communication, engagement and training.
  4. Moving one thousand people forward one foot at a time advances performance results more effectively than moving a few people forward one thousand feet.
  5. The paramount task of leaders is to lead people to exceptional performance and extraordinary results.
